Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Animal Rescue Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Social Media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering connections with our online community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Social Media strategy to increase our organization's online presence and engagement.
- Create and curate content for our Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics to showcase our rescue animals and events.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our online community.
- Collaborate with volunteers to gather content and share their stories on Social Media.
- Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends and best practices to continually improve our online presence.
- Monitor analytics and report on key metrics to track the success of our Social Media efforts.
Requirements:
- Passion for Animal Rescue and a love for cats and dogs.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Experience with content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with volunteers.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience creating reels on Social Media platforms is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
