Job Description
The Digital Advertising Specialist will be joining a team of digital marketers at Bear Fox Marketing. As such, you will help build, maintain and optimize online advertising campaigns for an array of clients.
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of full-time experience creating high performing Social Media Advertising campaigns. This role does NOT require work from our Boise, Idaho office. Qualified candidates can work remotely from home.
You’ll be part of a dynamic super-team of marketers, designers and developers. As a full-service, performance-based company, your primary focus will be managing campaigns to maximize return on each ad dollar invested. You’ll interact with staff, contract workers, and business partners to provide best-in-class solutions for new and existing clients. The work requires strong organization, initiative, communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
- Lead funnel-based performance Social Media Advertising (e.g. Facebook (Meta), Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) for a diverse list of clients. 2-4 years of full-time experience required.
- Interface directly with clients as part of onboarding and monthly reporting
- Team with creative staff to produce unique and meaningful ad creative that resonates with target audience
- Utilize various reporting tools to recognize trends and maximize campaign performance
- Work within account team to deepen client partnerships
- Identify and manage internal projects to enhance productivity
- Derive in-market research and insights to develop opportunities and improve processes
- Work with cross-functional team to measure, report, and scale results
- Develop strategic frameworks for account growth thinking, short & long term
Experience Requirements
- College degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of full-time experience in Social Media Advertising is required. Posting organic Social Media posts or boosting posts doesn't count.
- Experience in creative writing and advertising development
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven communication and project management skills
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills
- Proven strategic thinking & problem-solving mindset
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Other Preferred Experience
- Experience building and managing Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok advertising campaigns
- Previous agency experience
- Google Analytics
- Experience in Zapier
- Project Management Software (e.g. Asana, Slack, HubSpot)
- Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Digital Advertising Certification a plus (Hubspot, Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
- Photo editing experience a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plus
- Website coding for the implementation of tracking pixels is a plus
