In this role, you will develop, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) You will monitor status, pacing and campaign performance while optimizing & reporting qualitative and quantitative insights to help influence improved performance.

As our Paid Media Planner, you will get to research current platforms and online advertising trends while providing thought leadership for internal and external teams. Additionally, you will monitor status, pacing and campaign performance to inform optimizations and achieve overall goals & KPI's .

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience media agency experience as a Media Buyer (Paid media planning for search, social media, programmatic display and video campaigns. Tracking and conversion pixels and trafficking ad tags using GTM and other tools.)
• 2+ years of work experience in paid search, paid social and online media campaigns (direct or agency management)
• Experienced in Paid Media platforms to execute media campaigns including  Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Experience working with analytics, attribution and measurement systems
• Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
