We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative with a flair for social media marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and social media engagement. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills while also harnessing the power of digital platforms to expand our reach and influence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with followers, and drive traffic to our website
- Create compelling content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to join relevant conversations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for sales and social media marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy
- Manage used equipment and consigned equipment sales through various platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
