We are looking for an experienced Social Media marketer to create and maintain a strong online presence for our clients. Your role as a Social Media Specialist is to implement online marketing strategies through Social Media accounts. You will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote brands via organic and paid approaches.
Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. If you are a tech and social-savvy professional with an interest in working with clients in various industries, running multiple Social Media accounts, and testing new trends and strategies we would love to meet with you!

Responsibilities
- Help manage 15+ Social Media accounts (amongst team) through organic and paid efforts
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Create engaging text, image, and video content
- Design posts to sustain audience attention and create buzz around products, services, and brands
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Oversee Social Media accounts for various clients in various industries
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
Skills
- Expertise in both paid social (preferred) and organic social (required)
- Expertise in various Social Media platforms
- Facebook and Instagram knowledge is required
- TikTok and other platform knowledge is preferred
- Familiarity with and ability to create content calendars
- Ability to create content for various Social Media platforms (text, image, and video)
- Confident in graphic design and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with online/digital marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to grasp future trends in Social Media and digital technologies -- and act proactively
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Data analysis and reporting on outcomes of Social Media and other digital marketing campaigns
