Responsibilities:
- Answering Incoming Calls
- Communicate with Field Technicians on a regular basis
- Communicate with Customers on a regular basis
- Schedule service visits and calls for technicians
- Dispatch calls
Requirements:
- 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday
- In office position - No remote work
- Good Communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
