Highly reputable Foodservice Distributor in the Middle Atlantic region for over 60 years, located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, is seeking a trustworthy and reliable Service Coordinator who will be responsible for scheduling efficiently the delivery of our products to our customers and manage equipment maintenance accordingly.

GENERAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
· Dispatch equipment and technicians on jobs according to the schedule provided by the Service Manager for both equipment and customers.
· Operate and maintain various electronic devices and systems including but not limited to NCR, Microsoft Windows, Google Drive /Calendar.
· Prepare daily dispatch reports and forward them to appropriate individuals.
· Assign and dispatch technicians and equipment and maintain communication with customers and technicians.
· Coordinate with the manager and determine efficiently the scheduling of technicians and equipment that utilizes branch-level and Company resources in the most cost-effective manner.
· Provide proper and timely maintenance to the department’s trucks.
· Create all necessary billings, produce monthly statements, and send out invoices accordingly to customers.
· Acts as a liaison between Customers, Sales Team, and Operations.
· Manage all filing tasks including but not limited to lease agreements and equipment placements.
· Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to updating and filing equipment orders and stock receipts.
· Execute reconciliations between equipment/parts purchased by the Shop Foreman and receipts submitted from the store.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
· Able to communicate efficiently and clearly with our customers, and other departments within the company.
· Respond to customers’ complaints and handling problems or emergencies if arise in the field.
· Understand the needs of the customers and maintain positive relationships to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
· Capable of working under stress.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Analytical skills with amazing attention to detail.
· Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience as a dispatcher or similar field preferred.

Pay: Up to $22.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
