We are a well-established design/build industrial refrigeration contractor looking for a Service Manager Assistant to add to our growing team.
Primary responsibilities
- Assisting Service Manager
- Ordering Parts
- Scheduling Service
- Contacting Customers for service and/or parts orders
- Typing Service Proposals, Letters, Purchase Orders, etc.
- Maintaining Job Inspection Records and Contracts
- Updating Excel Spreadsheets for Projects File
- Processing of Service Tickets
- Processing Time Sheets for service department
- Assisting in the Calculation of Billing
- General Office Duties, Organizing and Answer Phones
Requirements
- Works well in Excel
- Works well with Outlook/Email
- 2 years of parts and service and dispatch experience (Preferred)
- Team player
- Most-be able to work in an open office environment
- Multi-tasker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
