Job Description
Opportunity for a pleasant, well-spoken individual in our commercial service department as a dispatcher/customer service representative. Knowledge is plumbing and/or HVAC is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to effectively communicate with team members and customers. Must be punctual, have a friendly personality, able to work in a team setting, and have good phone/computer skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone.
- Book services calls along with handling other office calls.
- Review of daily and future work schedule.
- Review works order and invoices to ensure accurate material, labor, and equipment charges have been applied by field personnel.
- Enter all information on work to be performed per the customer.
- Resolves customer issues (missed appointments and reschedules) along with our scheduling system in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
- Performs customer confirmation calls
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
