Job Summary:
Responsibilities (training provided for responsibilities):
- Scheduling of Equipment to all projects scheduled for the day.
- Confirmation of jobs for next day.
- Effectively communicate and serve as the liaison between drivers and customers.
- Check to see that all early morning pumps are out of the yard, on-site and/or running on time.
- Communicate with the customers, keeping them informed and schedule afternoon jobs as morning jobs finish up.
- Communicate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers. This includes looking up job locations on maps and informing customers when their truck/pump will arrive. We have a GPS system that you will be trained on.
- Daily review and verification of clocking and jobsite activity times compared to GPS.
- Reviewing call recordings.
- Coordinating on-call schedules with the answering service.
- Obtaining Permits for the Equipment.
- Producing Clearance documentation for employees to access jobs.
- Working as a team with the other dispatcher(s).
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with strong decision making and analytical abilities. Good communications/listening skills. Computer skills pertaining to data entry, map reading and GPS tracking (training provided). Dependability a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.85 - $27.50 per hour
