Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for window and door projects, and other related services
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate information about services
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, appointments, and project progress
- Order necessary materials and supplies for service projects
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the construction industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
