• Responsible for spec food preparation, food quality, and productivity

Position Purpose

To provide perfectly prepared WOB Menu item ingredients to be used by the kitchen staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the WOB recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
• Follow the prep list created by Kitchen management.
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients so they can be organized and easily accessible.
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food and station items are stored properly.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• While not a requirement, an ideal candidate would have experience in food preparation. ✔ Attention to detail and ability to pace your work.
• Work well in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining a fun, high-energy work environment. ✔ Must be able to follow directions of the Kitchen Manager.

Work Requirements

• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, push and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
• A flexible schedule that can accommodate the needs of the WOB location
• All BOH management and hourly positions might include the ability to withstand frequent exposure to high and low temperatures, smoke, and steam. There is also frequent contact with sanitary latex gloves, sanitation solutions, and all food products including, but not limited to: meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, dairy and produce items.
• You must have the ability to learn and understand how to prepare all food items on our menu to our World of Beer specifications, appearance, and standards in a timely manner.
