The Quality Coordinator will assist with the oversight of data for QI activities including coordination of collection, entry, analysis and assessment of data, as well as assisting with the provision of staff quality education.
- What you’ll do
- Assist in the coordination, development, and implementation of program wide and center specific quality indicators.
- Creates and/or enters data into advanced reports, charts and graphs.
- Data coordination for QI activities including collection, entry, and analysis and assessment of data.
- Member of quality focused committees
- Provide team member support with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Assist with providing education for Thome PACE team members.
What it takes
- 2+ years of experience working with quality systems | Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- ASQ certification
- 2+ years of experience working with quality systems.
