Reunion Marketing is seeking a meticulous Content Manager who will spearhead all content initiatives internally and for our clients. This role entails managerial prowess, a solid understanding of content strategies, keyword research, and a knack for integrating technology-especially AI-powered content-into our content practices. Additionally, the role demands an experimental mindset to explore new content strategies and a close collaboration with our Client Success team to assure client satisfaction and seize growth opportunities.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage the in-house team of content specialists and outsourced content writers, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Managing the team's resources to ensure they consistently hit all of their deadlines.
- Leading one on ones, quarterly conversations, and growth plans for each member of your team.
Content Delivery & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the successful completion and delivery of content for clients each month.
- Monitor, track, and ensure that all monthly content deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Keyword Research & Training:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize content and align it with client objectives.
- Lead training sessions on advanced keyword research techniques and best practices for the team.
Collaboration with Development & Client Success Teams:
- Lead conversations and collaboration with the development team, providing insights for improving client-facing and internal automation software.
- Work closely with the Client Success team to manage client issues and opportunities, ensuring the content strategy is aligned with client expectations and goals.
Integration of AI in Content Strategy:
- Direct the SEO team's efforts in utilizing AI-generated content.
- Provide training on efficiently prompting AI tools to generate the desired content.
- Work alongside the tech team to integrate AI-generated content into Reunion's software solutions.
Content Experiments:
- Develop and run content experiments to explore new strategies and improve keyword rankings and expand the keyword list we're tracking across the client base.
- Work closely with Design to bring new page types to life.

We also ask that this person meet, at a minimum, the following qualifications:
- 2-3+ in SEO: having a content focus and/or auto industry experience is a plus.
- Having a solid understanding of AI and how it can help streamline content development. Willingness to learn as the industry continues to evolve.
- Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Ability to quickly maneuver around the Internet and learn and understand new digital technologies.
- We will consider remote applicants but prefer someone local to make office visits easier.
