Web Content Operations Manager | Remote

As a Web Content Operations Manager on our Audience Team, you will be a critical liaison between the Audience, Content. Digital and Sales teams. Your understanding of both marketing and marketing technology will facilitate the highest quality presentation of our content and reader experience across newsletters, websites, social media, webinar and video. This position is also responsible for tracking performance analytics for content and audience acquisition and engagement programs.

• Create, edit, optimize, publish, test and maintain Webpages, Web Interactions and content in coordination with stakeholders and team members
• Convert conceptual designs into Webpages utilizing existing components and or custom HTML and CSS while adhering to brand guidelines, SEO and UX best practices
• Configure and manage APIs and Webhooks between multiple 3rd party platforms
• Modify email, landing page and interaction templates to ensure intended deliverability and proper display
• Maintain and QA performance dashboards for Content and Audience campaigns
• Support creative team in configuring regular A/B tests of content and experiences to deliver desired results
• Apply your knowledge and experience with handling a CMS, template creation and understanding of reusable components in a structured design system
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with different degrees of effort and complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Support Director of Audience in defining Web content project scopes, strategy and technical feasibility
• Own content promotion projects as assigned by Digital Content Team Manager, from project intake and assessment through publishing, and ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately and on-time
• Audit content, reader experience and configuration settings to identify risks and opportunities, and work with Digital Content Team Manager to develop a roadmap to reduce risks and capitalize on areas of opportunity
• Test websites and delivery platforms, conduct QA, analyze issues, troubleshoot, document defects, and escalate as needed
• Gain a strong understanding of internal databases and analytics platforms and how to coordinate data flow amongst them

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between 68,000 - 75,000. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
