Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Content Marketing Program Manager your primary objective is to facilitate the development and activation of content that supports global campaigns. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, creating copy to drive demand for new content assets and measuring content performance over time.
You've got a knack for writing for response including landing page content as well as email, social and ad copy while navigating a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a team that deeply values collaboration, feedback and learning.
What we want you to do:
  • Eye for reviewing and providing suggestions to optimize the demand gen potential of short form copy across landing pages, marketing and SDR emails, social copy etc.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver on content projects (including project management, project timelines etc.) in alignment with the content roadmap
  • Create and execute on internal and external activation plans for new content
  • Measure content performance and impact and report out results
  • Leverage data to A/B test and optimize content performance across channels.
  • Maintain the content library and manage regular content audits, updates etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in short form writing or email marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS preferred
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple demands and meeting tight deadlines

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
