Job description

This role centers on leading the development and execution of the Content Marketing strategy. Working closely with content specialists, brand and retail Marketing Managers, external vendors, and content creators, the focus is on ensuring the creation and targeted distribution of relevant content across communication channels. The role involves defining content strategies for customer marketing and omnichannel touch points, aligning them with brand goals, campaign objectives, and customer insights. Responsibilities include leading content and creative asset development, collaborating with external vendors, overseeing the work of internal and external creative resources, and managing the approval process for various content types. Additionally, the role involves overseeing content creation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assessing content needs through interactions with customers, employees, consultants, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to engage and convert key customer segments.
  • Ensure a strong brand presence across various channels.
  • Generate content ideas to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Define target audiences, customer journeys, messages, and relevant content throughout the strategy.
  • Lead the design of Content Marketing strategies based on brand goals, customer insights, and omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Undertake Content Marketing initiatives to achieve brand goals and business targets.
  • Lead the briefing process, collaborating with design, copywriters, and creative resources to produce high-quality content and experiences.
  • Work across multiple target audiences, identifying trends, topics, and content themes to engage decision makers and influencers.
  • Manage and create editorial calendars based on strategic goals, key markets, and business priorities, ensuring timely content publication.
  • Oversee the delivery of engaging content, editing, proofreading, and improving content as needed.
  • Leverage customer data and research for A/B testing, learning what content resonates and optimizing accordingly.
  • Contribute significantly to the development, planning, and execution of marketing programs for multiple assignments, ensuring cross-discipline and cross-functional integration.
  • Provide support for measurement systems, collecting and reporting marketing metrics, and facilitating operational linkages with appropriate functions.


Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Content Marketing experience 
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Solid track record of developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Experience in project management and Content Marketing management platform software tools.  Knowledge with marketing automation tools
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into business-oriented value propositions.
  • Thorough understanding of Content Marketing strategies, practices, processes, workstreams, execution, measurement, and reporting.  Resolves complex and detailed issues by evaluating information from several sources of information (both internal and external)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.


The base salary range budgeted for this position is $95,000.00 - $116,500.00. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
