SalaryResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase Social Media engagement.
- Create engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize Social Media management tools to schedule posts and track performance
- Manage Social Media accounts and monitor performance metrics
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on Social Media platforms
-Create graphics with summaries, key points, and scriptural references
-Update website weekly with photos, graphics, and content from weekly services.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align Social Media efforts with overall community engagement goals (weekly).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
-Capture video, photographs, and soundbites during community events and outreach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, Social Media management, graphic design, Christian ministry, business management or any other related field.
- Proven experience in managing Social Media accounts and implementing successful Social Media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in video editing software and graphic design tools
-Proficient in Adobe: Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, Premiere, and After Effects.
-Proficient use of WordPress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Social Media analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Insights
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
