The Experiences + Devices (E+D) Executive Management Office is looking to fill a key position on our Employee Experience team as the Senior Business Program Manager focusing on building & executing a new program to streamline the hiring process and improve the candidate experience.
As part of the E+D executive office, it will be essential to uphold the team's philosophy to operate with the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, inclusivity, and trust. This role will orchestrate across many stakeholders for core deliverables and requires an individual who is a great team player, a self-starter, strategic thinker and adaptable to jumping in to solve issues and drive solutions across the business.
This Senior Business Program Manager will oversee a new initiative aimed at providing specific enablement of the hiring process end to end by creating timeline efficiencies, alleviating bandwidth for our managers and business operations staff, and ensuring data and information accuracy across all systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of vendors who handle administrative tasks, such as auditing job descriptions, coordinating hiring manager schedules, and assisting with backfill processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines for hiring programs and ensure adherence to them across the organization.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, admins, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring operational needs and provide them with timely and accurate support and guidance.
- Analyze and report on operational program metrics and trends, such as time to hire and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement, talent acquisition or human resources operations
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using various talent acquisition systems and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate experience surveys, background checks, etc.
- Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
