About the Team:
The Global Alliances team is looking for a seasoned business professional to join our Strategic Benefit team and work extensively with our Benefit Broker and Carrier partnerships. This individual is expected to support UKG sales by building, expanding, and managing strong relationships on behalf of UKG with top tier Benefit Brokerage firms, Carrier partners, and their clients.
About the Role:
The Strategic Alliances team is looking to add a seasoned business professional to work extensively within the Benefit Broker and Carrier Alliances marketplace.
This individual is expected to build, expand, and manage strong relationships on behalf of UKG with top tier Benefit Brokerage firms, Carrier partners and their clients
Responsibilities:
•Track record of working in a cross functional team environment towards common goal or delivery
•Build and generate new relationships in the market and with designated Brokerage Firms
•Drive lead generation via relationships with Broker and Carrier firms to secure new sales and assist in renewal strategies with existing customers
•Act as internal trusted advisor on Brokerage Referral led opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of sales engagements working within the broker, benefits, or HCM technology markets
• 5+ years in human capital market within sales, sales leadership, or consulting
• Excellent knowledge of the HCM, Benefit Administration, Payroll and WFM marketplace, market trends, competitors
• Experience working with consulting firms
(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)
• Human Capital, Benefit Administration Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM) Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Strategic thinker / self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of team
• Clear and concise interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills with strong capability to build and deliver presentations via Microsoft/virtual technologies
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $86,100.00 to $130,000.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $99,015.00 to $149,500.00 per year.
