SEASONAL JANITORIAL STADIUM MANAGERS WANTED! (CITIFIELD)

We are looking for a qualified Seasonal Janitorial Manager to join our team. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of various facilities in the city. You will also oversee managing a team of janitors and ensuring that they perform their duties efficiently and safely. Maintenance services include in-game and post-game cleaning of the entire stadium including stands, seats, locker rooms, public areas, and restroom maintenance. This position pays $30 - $35 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Training, and supervising a team of janitors and cleaners
• Ensuring that the stadium is clean and sanitary before, during, and after events
• Managing the inventory and supply of cleaning materials and equipment
• Coordinating with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth operations
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety standards and regulations
• Inspecting and evaluating the quality of work performed by the janitorial staff
• Handling customer complaints and feedback regarding the cleanliness of the stadium
• Preparing and managing the budget for the janitorial department
• Reporting and documenting any issues or incidents related to the janitorial services
• Developing and updating policies and procedures for the janitorial department

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in janitorial or facility management
• A valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
