Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will apply accounting principles to prepare financial reports, compile financial information, analyze financial data, and ensure financial compliance. They are also responsible for the month-end close processes and supervision Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the monthly accounting close for all entities.
Prepare financial and budget-to-actual reports for investors, funders and internal purposes.
Supervisor bookkeepers and staff accountants and review applicable work.
Assists with the annual financial statement audits.
Prepare spreadsheets for development accounting.
Review bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Manage agency credit cards procedures and accounting.
Manage Amazon Business account.
Special projects as needed.
Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
Positions Supervised: Bookkeepers & Staff Accountants
Salary Range: $80-$90K.
