Your responsibilities in accurate financial reporting, budget analysis and compliance will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. By ensuring integrity and supporting cross-departmental collaboration, you will be integral to our mission of expanding and strengthening our foothold in the ground lease market.
RESPONSIBILITIESPreparing and posting journal entries for daily cash activity.Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.Preparing monthly analytics for budget vs. actuals and period over period variances. Preparing financial support packages for corporate accounting activity.Preparing financial support packages for property accounting activity.Preparing financial analysis and detailed work papers for month-end/quarterly financial close and reporting.Various special projects within the group or other departments.Assist with requests form external and internal audit around quarterly reviews and annual audits as well as SOX 404 compliance testing.Assist with intercompany information requests.Preparing quarterly SEC disclosures for 10Q/10K and press releases.Understand and apply relevant GAAP to all functional responsibilities.
