Team
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team as we expand our operations in the United States. As the Senior Accountant for our US subsidiary, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and improving our accounting policies. You will also play a role in the larger finance team to drive financial success and contribute to providing strategic guidance to support business growth. Your Responsibilities
Work with the Head of Finance US to:
* Bring all accounting in house, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local as well as group internal guidelines on control policies.
* Develop best practice accounting policies and procedures.
* Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
* Manage the billing and invoicing process.
* Prepare annual accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to relevant accounting standards.
* Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the company and financial auditors during audit-related processes.
Work with the US Finance team to:
* Prepare monthly financial statements.
* Analyze financial data.
* Assist in the budgeting process.
* Assist in the planning process.
Your Profile
* CPA license required.
* Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, most recently in a similar position and/or in the audit sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
* Exhibit a hands-on mentality, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
* Collaborative mindset and approach - willingness to work within a team.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to work independently.
* Rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Possess an affinity for the digital industry, staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to be open.
* Experience with NetSuite preferred.
* Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

The starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
