Edible Inc., part of the Daniel J. Edelman Holdings (DJE) family of companies has an amazing opportunity for a go-getting Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our team. This SAE will serve as the day-to-day executional lead and key member of one of our largest clients. 
 
Edible Inc. is a food and beverage specialized agency focused entirely on the culture, tastes and business of a rapidly changing industry. A passion and love of all-things food, drink and culture is a must for this role - you should enjoy devouring food blogs and magazines, scrolling through Instagram and TikTok for the latest food trends and have a desire to learn more about the business behind all things food and beverage. 
 
The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute plans that share key brand messaging and stories to key stakeholders including influencers and media.  They will be responsible for engaging and storytelling with stakeholders, influencers, and media across multiple channels through meaningful and engaging plans.  
 
Integration is key to what we do and the role will work closely with the influence, earned, paid digital team, creative team and content strategy leads to create and promote content based on best practices and brand standards. S/he will work with the team to manage the influencer process, content creation, organic social media channels, community management and website development. S/he will collaborate with team members across disciplines and agency partners, in addition to acting as a leader in ensuring the team meets deadlines in a timely manner, to a high standard. 
 
Our team is looking for someone with solid research, writing and editing skills. They should have an appreciation for how creative content, digital media and organic social all come together to impact the overall customer experience; and should be flexible, agile, and able to work collaboratively with all account teams to ensure brand communication objectives and strategies are met. 
 
The role is ideal for an individual looking for a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment to acquire skills to become a strong food/CPG communications practitioner and client advisor.  
Responsibilities:
    • Develop and lead brand content strategies and programs 
    • Contribute to creation of integrated communications plans that meet client objectives 
    • Exemplify the brand voice and tone in all programs including influence, paid digital, social media, website, etc.  
    • Lead all execution steps of the influencer programming process, i.e identification, vetting, outreach, management, and wrap reports of all influencer partnerships 
    • Contributing to creation of integrated Influencer Marketing plans to meet client objectives; demonstrates tactical and strategic knowledge of integrated principles and skills 
    • Develop strategic storytelling plans that can be used to promote messaging to key media and influencer audiences.  
    • Activate plans by sharing stories with media and influencers to promote accounts messaging and programs  
    • Facilitate conversation and responding to questions, comments, and concerns across Facebook, Twitter, and other channels as needed  
    • Proactively flag opportunities for the brand and escalate issues as needed in a timely matter  
    • Work with strategy and analytics to provide learnings and recommendations based on current trends in the community and industry  
    • Provide reporting based on social listening, including sentiment analysis, community trends, and insights  
    • Assist team members with brainstorming and strategy meetings to increase engagement and aid efficiencies  
    • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence 
    • Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels 
    • Ability to own client material development and preparation, tapping internal resources and driving forward timelines to ensure that all materials are correct and submitted on time 
    • Lead and organize program recaps with the support of cross-disciplinary team members that highlight campaign performance against clear client deliverables and goals 
    • Delegates, oversees and mentors junior team members as well as can manage both up and down levels with colleagues 
    • Demonstrates a high-level understanding of client's business, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors in the marketplace, andis able tocreatively offer solutions or ideas related to their business goals andobjectives 
    • Participates in relevant professional organizations and networking activities that will grow Edible Inc. brand recognition and own reputation 
    • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with Edible Inc's values, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct 
Basic Qualifications:
    • At least three years of relevant experience in public relations, influencer and/or related fields, including communications, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing 
    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university 
    • Excellent written and verbal communications 
    • Strong research, writing and editing skills 
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Solid grasp of all basic public relations tools and how they are used to achieve client goals 
    • Positive, collaborative attitude 
Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proven record of leading and managing multiple influencer projects simultaneously - projects would include micro-influencer up through top tier talent across multiple digital channels 
    • Knowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and FTC guidelines 
    • Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines 
    • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work effectively across a specific set of accounts 
    • Loves to stay on top of culture, and is constantly consuming news and social media in order to predict trends and use those to inform the work 
$52,000 - $78,000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
