Account Executive, Senior | Guest Commerce International
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Account Executive, Guest Commerce will drive my royal cruise integration efforts for all international markets from kickoff to completion and serve as the main person responsible for communicating project status to internal and cross functional teams. You will lead the execution across internal business and technology teams as well as external vendors. You will participate in the development process as an integrated member of the Guest Commerce team you support which includes attending daily touch base meetings, backlog prioritization, timeline communication and deadline execution. You will also work with all parts of the organization as new features and enhancements are released and implemented.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida from Monday-Thursday. Friday is a remote work-from-home day.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Manager, Guest Commerce, International to project manage a body of work aligned against my royal cruise business goals or audiences including but not limited to; promotions, e-mail communications, web content updates/enhancements.
Work cross-functionally with Onboard Revenue and Information Technology partners, vendors, and other teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
Work alongside key stakeholders in international markets, NA marketing and revenue management teams to produce dynamic and personalized offers relevant to booked guests.
Predict roadblocks and obstacles and establish meetings or integration points between teams.
Identify and manage cross-project dependencies. Consolidate, communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the project. Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time.
Manage the booked guest communication streams for all international markets and ensure they comply with relevant regulations.
Work with agency partners for creative assets, copy requests and language translations and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities and KPIs
Manage any ad-hoc requests from the business for international guests.
Partner with all Integrated Marketing groups to ensure holistic execution, alignment with full consumer journey, consistent and optimized brand communications, and experiences.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures budget forecast and actuals are accurate as planned. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent, directly related experience.
Strong project management, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Experience creating and managing timelines in project management software
Experience working with Marketing/CRM SaaS products a plus
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Detail oriented with very strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Experience building cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations.
Knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS. Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a huge plus.
Experience editing and resizing images and content assets in Photoshop.
Proficiency in with MS Work, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with JIRA.
Ability to think strategically.
Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills.
Proficient spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Familiarity with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures.
Industry knowledge: passionate about cruise/travel industry, eCommerce, and CRM.
