RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accurate inventory costing records and documentation.
Compile product costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
Lead standard product costing planning, reporting, and analysis.
Drive financial improvement and implement process controls.
Collaborate across departments to resolve cost and inventory issues.
Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) with Operations and Engineering.
Conduct account reconciliations, focusing on inventory and cost of goods sold.
Investigate significant variances, including PPV, repairs, and scrap.
Handle tax payments and returns, analyze budgets, and create expense reports.
Perform month-end and year-end closures, prepare audit documents, and ensure compliance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of Cost Accounting experience.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
