Agile is looking for a highly motivated professional to serve as a Scheduling Coordinator in the Southern California region. The successful candidate will provide support for the client’s operations and construction scheduling organizations and ensure the timely start and completion of scheduled jobs. The individual will document all job details. Work schedule is Monday through Friday during normal business hours. ThisroleisahybridremotepositionwithsomeofficetimerequiredinPicoRivera,California,allowingforgreatworklifebalance. Pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour.

JobFunctions
- Acts as a liaison between the customers, contractors, and various utility company departments regarding project scheduling updates.
- Manages all projects/jobs in accordance with designated timeframe.
- Ensures all call logs are continuously maintained, updated, and correct with job information.
- Independently researches, resolves, and follows-up on wide range of escalated customer issues.
- Creates positive relationship with customers, contractors and utility company personnel. Escalates issues to management when needed.
- Addresses phone calls / emails, answering questions and concerns in an urgent manner.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities autonomously, uses time efficiently.
Requirements
- MinimumEducation: High School Diploma
- MinimumExperience: 2+ years in a customer service or project scheduling environment experience.
- Working experience in construction and/or the utilities industries a plus.
