How You'll Rock the Role
- Efficiently manage studio bookings
- Coordinate with clients to schedule sessions, considering artist preferences and studio availability
- Maintain an organized schedule and communicate any changes to relevant parties
- Communicate scheduling changes and relevant information to team members.
- Use judgment to escalate Scheduling and staff issues
Billing and Invoicing:
- Generate and send accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor and track payment transactions, following up on outstanding invoices as needed
- Work with finance team to address billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
What We're Looking For
- Recording studio and label experience preferred
- Leadership skills/People management
- Understanding of entertainment media assets
- Understanding of the major label music business
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently
- BA or equivalent work experience
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $17.00/hour-$22.00/hour
