Inside Project Coordinator
Blue Dolphin Restoration is a general contracting restoration company that serves the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. We specialize in restoring buildings, both commercial and residential, that have been damaged by fire, water, flood and mold, providing all emergency, restoration, and general contracting services to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for all new and/or incoming work
- Extensive experience utilizing CRM's.
- Handle and oversee of all customer service communication
- New job creation, organization, scheduling and transfer to estimating/project management
- Maintain and continually update our 3rd party insurance communication software
- Maintain and continually update our in-house customer/client software
- Point of quality control for all estimating procedures
- Coordinate & assist in all new sales opportunities
- Execution of excellent client/revenue source marketing and updating
- Driving & completing job tracking with attention on profit margin, completion/closure time frames, and customer communication.
- Pushing positive customer feedback towards clients
- Communication hub for all production
Minimum Requirements:
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Sound experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks or other accounting software
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior customer service-related experience
- Prior office administration experience
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Experience in Insurance Claims processes & procedures is a plus!!
