SalaryWe are a well-established private general dental practice in Midtown Sacramento and are looking to add a scheduling coordinator to our team who can grow with our practice. We are looking for someone who would like to be with us long-term and who is looking to build long-lasting patient relationships. We have a great team and would like to find the next member of our dental family. We are searching for a professional who has strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, has a strong work ethic and is organized at all times.
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Motivated, outgoing, upbeat and positive personality.
- Pleasant phone manner and rapport.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Open Dental Software - preferred but not required.
- Experience with presenting treatment plans & making financial arrangements.
We are offering 5 days a week. Current availability is Monday - Thursday from 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7-11 am .We invite you to come for an interview to learn about us.
