We require outstanding customer service with the ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment. Must have knowledge of orthodontic procedures and feel comfortable discussing financial issues. Duties include but are not limited to: Schedule patients, set up the appointment book, answer phones, greet patients, monitor pre-treatment, recall and observation stages.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: transition of new patients into the practice, communication with patients and parents before, during and after treatment, and follow up on patients in pending and recall status.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
