Position: Scheduling Coordinator CNA
Salary Range: $21 - $23/hr
Location: Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center, Brandon, Florida
Job Description:
- Coordinate and schedule clinical staff, with a particular emphasis on CNAs, LPNs and RNs.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet facility requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff schedules and availability.
- Respond promptly to scheduling changes and address any unforeseen staffing challenges.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity regarding schedules and any changes.
Key Responsibilities:
