Primary Job Function:
Maintain daily schedules/routes and dispatch the Technicians as service calls are received. Answer phone calls and communicate with company personnel and customers throughout the day to ensure work is completed.
Required Qualifications:
- Dispatching and scheduling
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Computer skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Sense of urgency
- Geographical knowledge of surrounding counties
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, scheduling or project management preferred
- Ability to recognize potential problems before they arise and be prepared to handle them
- Ability to efficiently plan schedules based on service priority and importance and geographic location
- Must be able to effectively listen and clearly communicate to customers
Daily Duties:
- Dispatch Technicians
- Schedule and coordinate all service appointments
- Take incoming customer calls
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems and requests for service or equipment
- Other duties as assigned
