Scheduling Coordinator

United Medical Evaluators is expanding and we’re looking to add a new member to our team. We operate in the Medical Legal industry providing exceptional service to QME & AME physicians.

Position Purpose

The Scheduling Dispatcher Coordinator (SDC) is an essential position within the company providing administrative duties and team management. The SDC performs appointment scheduling, exam room reservations (at satellite clinics), monitoring and optimizing schedules, following up with case participants, and requires excellent attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications

• Scheduling experience with multiple doctors or high-volume clients
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent computer skills, we are tech heavy
• Detail oriented
• Occasional Saturday availability (approximately once per month)

Job Responsibilities include:

• Work effectively under strict timelines
• Schedule appointments at multiple locations for multiple clients
• Coordinate and optimize daily appointments
• Collect and enter patient personal information into software system
• Ensure compliance with procedures
• Back up and support fellow team members
• Answer/Make phone calls
• Reply/Send emails
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CA Workers’ Compensation
• Basic Medical Terminology
• Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
