We are a Cosmetic and Restorative Dental office offering services including implants as well as implant supported dentures, same day crowns, and Invisalign. Many of our patients have been with us for years, and we are blessed to have a wonderful patient base.
Our office is looking for a vibrant, kind, and professional Scheduling Coordinator!
The Scheduling Coordinator will open the front end of the office, lead the morning huddle, greet and check-in patients, create and correct the schedule, answer phone calls, coordinate with labs when needed, correspond with other offices, chart audit, order front office supplies, end of day closing and deposit.
This is a key position for the office. The Scheduling Coordinator not only helps the office by greeting and scheduling patients, they also help the back office stay on time by helping organize the workflow of the day.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
