SalaryPart-time position available in Tacoma, WA.
Hours are 8 am – 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Small, professional working environment.
Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls and emails regarding scheduling of repair and maintenance on equipment.
· Build daily schedule for Service Technicians including labor and travel time.
· Work with Sales department in scheduling Installations, Start-Ups and Training.
· Make phone calls and send emails to schedule service work.
· Ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in the Company database.
· Make follow-up phone calls and emails reminding people of appointments.
· Communicate with Service and Sales staff about availability, time allotments, capabilities.
· Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and emergency situations in a professional manner.
· Order service inventory ensuring adequate levels for customer availability and cost-effective for the Company.
· Make sure the Service Technician has correct parts to complete the job successfully.
· Invoice customers for completed service work.

Excellent Customer Service skills
Good communication skills
Experience with office software, including Word, Excel, Sage 100 or Quickbooks, and CRM Databases
