The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate career opportunity in our Sales/Service Lexus Business Development Center (BDC)! Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Supplementing the Sales/Service team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
- Scheduling Sales/Service appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
- Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's service needs and by thoroughly understanding the Lexus products and service lines.
- Promote current sales programs to clients.
- Field phone and internet inquiries.
- Work closely with sales/Service Representatives.
- Conducting follow-up calls.

SERVICE PAY RANGE: $45,000 - $58,000 (Range consists of hourly plus commission)
SALES PAY RANGE: $50,000 - $65,000 (Range consists of hourly plus commission)
Requirements
- Must have experience working in a BDC, Phone Sales or Call Center position.
- Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls
- Trainable in various computer systems
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
- Professional personal appearance
- Must be available to work weekends.
