At International Sports Management (ISM), we deliver extraordinary corporate hospitality and ticketing packages for marquee sports events, hosting thousands of happy customers every year! The company has been built by putting customers and our amazing team of employees first!
We are seeking a proactive (fun!) individual (early career women & men encouraged to apply!) with Salesforce administration experience to improve tools and manage our database and CRM experience here in our Downtown Chicago office! You will inevitably face some of the toughest challenges of your career, but they will also be some of the most rewarding as well. If you love Sales Operations, have a penchant for problem solving, and enjoy transforming ideas into action, then this could be the perfect fit! This is an in office position, at least for the first few months. Initial training period will involve paid extended travel for up to 4 weeks.
We’re looking for someone who has:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Proficiency with data management, Salesforce dataloader, and building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
· Ambitious, highly motivated team player with a demonstrated track-record of thinking strategically and analytically about business challenges.
· Experience in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning versions.
· Experience using 3rd party apps with SF integration such as Zoominfo or RingCentral preferred.
· High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, exceptional Excel competency preferred.
· Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools.
· Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, and Salesforce API is a plus but not mandatory.
· Having Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
· Be able to work a daily schedule Monday – Friday.
· Possible light travel to occasional events.
Responsibilities - Salesforce:
Reports, Dashboards & Objects:
· Day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's Salesforce-based processes, tools and users.
· Create and customize standard and custom objects including fields (also formula fields), page layouts, workflow, and validation rules.
Data Management:
· Monitor and report on data integrity and adherence to data entry and system usage standards.
· Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures.
Maintenance:
· Authorizing, executing, and administration of UAT scripts for enhancements and fixes.
· Maintain and update internal knowledge documentation related to Salesforce configurations and processes.
· Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
· Manage user accounts, roles, security, profiles, and licenses.
Responsibilities – Business Analytics:
· Manage and update client database.
· Maintain and create Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics assets to provide meaningful insights, trends, and analytics.
· Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and system issues.
· Address business needs through implementing configurations, objects, fields, flows, and custom development when required.
