Salesforce Administrator

```Duties```
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and user guides
- Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Monitor system usage, data integrity, and security compliance

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP)
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, data management, and customization
- Knowledge of RESTful web services and integration tools (e.g., Smash)
- Familiarity with database concepts and experience with MySQL or similar databases
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interactions
- Experience with Pegasystems or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of information security best practices is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $55,001.00 per year
