Salesforce Administrator
As part of the Technology and Data Services department, this role reports to the Manager, Salesforce Application. This position is located in Chicago, Illinois and is currently fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce administration responsibilities, including, but not limited to
- New user creation and permission configuration.
- Create and update objects and fields.
- Create, test, and maintain workflows, processes, and email automation.
- Data management, such as reporting, importing, and exporting.
- Configuration of Sales/Service Cloud, Digital Experiences, and Marketing Cloud
- Provide support for Salesforce Help Desk requests.
- Complete help requests entered into our JIRA ticketing system or otherwise assigned.
- Escalating urgent support requests to management as appropriate.
- Communicate resolutions and expectation resolution time, when necessary.
- Expedite triage for work stoppage in a timely manner.
- Create and support Form Assembly forms, including Salesforce integration, and report and monitor errors.
- Provide administrative support for Unanet, or workforce management tool.
- Maintain working knowledge of Salesforce’s quarterly releases and anticipate changes needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- At least one (1+) year of Salesforce administration
- Certified Administrator preferred
- Positive outlook and determination when serving customers
- Ability to adapt and pivot when priorities change
