Premier IT Service Company that delivers IT products and services to small businesses in the United States is looking to add a full-time Sales Representative of Business Development in our Atlanta, Georgia office.
The Sales Representative Business Development fulfills internal and external sales roles. This team member must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a desire to help others, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. An approachable writing style and an eye for grammar and detail will also be vital to this role. An outgoing personality and a willingness to attend networking events outside of regular hours are necessary.
The position will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and work with both internal (sales and marketing team as well as technical team) and external (marketing consultant, writers, vendors, distribution partners) to grow RCS’s business through improved and increased sales efforts. This is a newly created position due to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities include:
· Provide support with all marketing and sales administrative needs
· Support the launch of digital marketing programs across email marketing, website refreshes, digital media, and analytics
· Participate in team and department brainstorms
· Contribute to building our online presence and increasing the number of followers by performing engagement activities such as commenting, liking, and sharing posts, across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
· Create and host new and existing networking groups
· Attend networking meetings regularly and setup 1:1 appointments with potential prospects and partners to uncover new sales opportunities
· Contribute to maintaining and growing various partner and client relationships and communities
· Develop and cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers using email, phone, and in-person engagements.
· Generate new business and setup FTAS (First Time Appointments) with potential customers
· Engage in cold calling to generate appointments with potential customers
Schedule:
Full-time --- This position is based in our Atlanta, GA office with some travel and on-site required throughout the year. Occasional evenings are required for special events.
Salary + Benefits:
$60 - $80,000.00 /year based on experience + commission

Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in progress
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Willingness to learn
· Self-starter with the ability to lead and take initiative
· Demonstrated knowledge of essential sales and marketing principles and procedures
· At least one year of sales-related and networking experience preferred
· A quick learner with a go-getter attitude
· Ability to take initiative and implement new ideas
· Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube)
