Requirements:
- Enthusiastic representation of our company and products
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong sense of competitiveness and the ability to work in a team setting
- Self-motivated with a drive to be a top-performing member of the team
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to climb roofs (preferred but not required)
- GED or High School Diploma
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via canvassing, referrals, and marketing tools
- Scheduling initial inspection with homeowner
- Attend Adjuster meetings with homeowner when scheduled
- Following up on leads provided by lead generation system
- Support homeowners with the insurance claim process
- Successfully complete the Kaiser Sales Training program
- Record lead data into our Project Management database
- Conduct in-home product presentations & product demonstrations
- Responsible for certifying job completion and customer satisfaction
