The Enterprise Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and closing new enterprise level businesses.

- Develop new business utilizing networking and existing relationships to expand current business with new offerings and target ZBA accounts.
- Work with Sales teams to provide additional support helping to obtain monthly, quarterly sales targets.
- Present software and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Create sales leads by networking, cold-calling, and building relationships from prospects as a part of our overall business strategy.
- Work with sales teams to make connections to prospects, targeting specifically large ZBA opportunities and current major accounts.
- Demonstrate strong phone and in-person prospecting skills.
- Meet with customers and prospective customers to discuss viable opportunities to understand their business needs, identify scope, and engage appropriate specialists and representatives.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting external and internal relationships.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and closing agreements.
- Provide knowledge to help improve RJ Young internally and externally with the best customer experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft, and other technology software.
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and expeditetime frames.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibility
No supervisory responsibilities in this role.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and Hybrid work from home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs at times.
Must be able to travel.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time role with standard work hours of approximately 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday.
Travel
Some travel will be expected in this role.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of sales experience
