Busy Dental Practice is seeking a friendly, experienced professional for our Front Office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, return messages, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient claims and billing inquires
- Maintain accurate records and process payments
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed

```Skills:```
- Excellent communication and grammar skills - verbal and written. Bilingualis ESSENTIAL!
- Experienced dental or medical office receptionist DESIRED!
- Strong work ethic! Must be reliable, dependable and on time!
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor & appearance.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & organizational skills!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
