Pay: 100k-140k / year

Job Description:

The Revenue Cycle Manager will be a member of the company's finance department. The Revenue Cycle Manager will work with offices to ensure efficient operations to maximize revenue. This individual will use metrics to assist the team in meeting goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the department to achieve key performance metrics.
• Work closely with the office, team members, and CEO/ CFO.
• Delegate A/R and finance related tasks to the team
• Adhere to strict HIPAA Guidelines
• Manage billing, patient statements, and collections

Requirements:

• Experience in dental claims processing
• Minimum of 10 years management experience in healthcare setting
• Experience in dental software systems and Microsoft office
