Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

What will you do?

You will lead a team while managing a brand portfolio.

  • Partner with brands in developing and executing marketing budgets and plans annually
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to deliver strong sales performance across the brand portfolio
  • Work with the internal team to maintain and optimize current product listings , ensuring accurate customer-facing information and content, as well as executing trade initiatives to ensure catalog quality and item relationships
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in daily maintenance of our supported brands
  • Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly
  • Creating and presenting results to brands, quarterly and/or annually, via PowerPoint presentation

QUALIFICATIONS

What you bring to the table…

  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment,2 to 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales/broker agency, marketing, or merchant role
  • 3+ years of Vendor Central and/or Seller Central experience
  • Understanding of e-commerce channels and online marketplaces, tools, and analytics platforms, while thinking analytically and having an innate understanding of retail financials
  • Entrepreneurial aptitude, positive attitude
  • Advanced Skills in Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, v-look up, creation of presentation level charts) and proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint
  • Work with and analyze large sets of data quickly and accurately and create action strategic and tactical action items based on this analysis.
  • Vendor management or account management background desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to travel if necessary
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
