Revenue Cycle Management Director Benefits and Compensation:

Revenue Cycle Management Director Job Duties:
- Directs, oversees, creates and documents the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of the organization's Revenue Cycle activities to optimize the patient financial interaction along the care continuum
- Build and Scale Revenue Cycle team to provide optimal service to the practices
- Reviews, designs, and implements processes surrounding credentialing, pricing, billing, third party payer relationships, compliance, insurance and patient AR collections and other financial analyses to ensure that clinical Revenue Cycle is effective and properly utilized
- Develops and tracks numerous metrics related to the payment cycle including record coding error rates and billing turnaround times to develop sound Revenue Cycle analysis and reporting
- Ensure Fee Schedules are properly maintained and up to date. Audits to ensure insurance companies are paying us in compliance with the contracts.
- Manages relations with providers and regional leadership to generate high reimbursement rates and a low level of denials
- Leads the process for negotiations with insurance providers to ensure high reimbursement rates
- Creates and maintains relationships with the dental practices to ensure best practice in Revenue Cycle management is achieved
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Reports to CFO, and supervises small team
Revenue Cycle Management Director Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 5 or more years of Revenue Cycle Management and matrix-style managerial experience
- Multi-site healthcare experience required
- Experience leading a high performing RCM team
- Experience in building and documenting RCM processes from the ground up
- Extremely computer literate, with the ability to utilize standard software applications and be proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Possess strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, organization, leadership and conflict resolution skills
