The role you'll contribute:
This role will lead and provide support for the Revenue Cycle Consumer aspirations and consumer access strategic initiatives across all workstreams within AdventHealthas Revenue Cycle network. This role will provide program management and project support connected with the Front End Revenue Cycle and Consumer Focused Connected Network governances specific to Revenue Cycle strategic initiatives. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of company-wide strategic initiative projects and consumer aspiration milestones by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines.
The Manager provides management of project deliverables and tracks project analytics and measurements for assigned initiatives to inform the overall Revenue Cycle leadership team and consumer project management. This includes partnering with others project managers and leaders to ensure project management and tracking is occurring within the appropriate processes and tools. The manager reports to the VP, Revenue Cycle Consumer Operations and facilitates and leads project in collaboration with multiple internal and external leaders from across the consumer workstreams, Revenue Cycle, and AIT. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. This role is cross-functional as it works closely with workstreams across the consumer and Revenue Cycle scope.

Responsible for project plans that include, but are not limited to, project scope of work, project timelines, communication plan and updates to appropriate stakeholders, project deliverables, defined measurements, metrics, activation, and sustainment strategies for all projects undertaken.
Maintains visibility into all relevant projects so leadership can evaluate and execute rapid decision making on strategic initiatives; Develop an overall project view focused on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues whenever appropriate.
Facilitate strong communication within the team; Challenges, leveraging positive relationships to influence, the adoption of new processes.
Provides solutions/recommendations utilizing reports and dashboards to proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Utilizes expertise in process improvement, operations, project and change management to offer mitigation tools and recommend innovative solutions as opportunities are identified.
Create and manage processes for identification and escalation of risks and issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and offer recommendations for creative solutions or alternatives based on knowledge of priorities, project roadmaps, and contributing factors.
Develop and oversee process to clarify, research, communicate, and document the requirements of requests/issues; track and manage questions, concerns, and requests to ensure timely and agreed issue resolutions and solutions, in management of positive stakeholder experiences; Identifies, tracks, and reports issues and risks to ensure appropriate resolution strategies are employed; Assists in identifying and analyzing risk mitigation tactics.
Supports Consumer System Operations team in operational functions as needed.
Shows flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in one or more of the areas of project management, organizational change management, process management, business operations or consulting
Minimum of 2 years related experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle operations
Bachelor's degree in related field of study
Formal project management experience
Relationship/Stakeholder management experience
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in related field of study
Experience working in healthcare billing customer service and/or patient access
Experience with large scale implementations
2 years of management experience
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or similar
Certification related to change management
