Why We Need You
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of operations tools, processes, and standards
- Continuously review how things are done and recommend improvements
- Effectively lead and manage continuous improvement projects (DMAIC or other)
- Act as a change agent that institutionalizes a continuous improvement culture.
- Act as a facilitator for continuous improvement activities
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, escalating issues, publishing progress reports and recommending actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, product, and sales, to understand complex issues
- Develop and maintain documentation, including job aids, process maps and best practices
- Additional duties as assigned

What We'll Love About You
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing projects
- Creative, flexible, positive problem-solver who takes initiative and practices extreme ownership
- Excellent facilitator with proven written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with collecting and communicating scope from complex and/or ambiguous opportunities
- Excels and succeeds in environments of ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid iteration
- Ability to establish trust with stakeholders, build relationships, and ensure alignment across internal functions to enable better collaboration and positive outcomes
- Communication excellence
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (Domestic)
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST from Monday – Friday
- Associate’s Degree (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Lean Six Sigma, TQM or experience with other problem-solving methodology
